These terms govern your use of getrepik.com. They cover the marketing site only. When you sign up for a Repik account at repik.app, you'll accept separate product terms that govern the service itself.
The site
getrepik.com is provided by Repik, Inc. as an informational and sign-up funnel. You can read, share, and link to it. Every pricing claim, competitor comparison, and product description is based on Repik as it ships today — not promises about future features.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site in ways that disrupt service, don't attempt to circumvent security controls, and don't use the site in a way that violates applicable law. Normal browsing, sharing, and linking are welcome.
Ownership
All brand assets (the Repik wordmark, logo, pass visuals, photography, copy) are owned by Repik, Inc. or our licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution for press, reviews, or analysis. You may not use our marks to imply endorsement without written permission.
External links
We link to repik.app (our product) and to scanner.repik.app (the barista PWA). We also link to third-party services in our privacy policy. Repik is not responsible for the content of any site we don't own.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that every link works, every claim is free of typos, or that the site will always be available. We try hard on all three, but we can't promise them.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Repik, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
