Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The Repik pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the apps already on their phone. No download, no sign-up form, no password.

How do I stamp a customer?

Open scanner.repik.app on any phone or tablet (it's a PWA, no install), point at the customer's pass QR, done. About one second per stamp.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Yes — no contracts. Paid pilots are billed manually today, so to cancel or ask for a refund on a recent charge, email contact@getrepik.com and we'll handle it within one business day.

Is Repik available in my country?

Today we serve Mexico (MXN pricing) and the United States (USD pricing). Other countries: email contact@getrepik.com.

Privacy policy

Repik, Inc. (“Repik”, “we”, “us”) runs this website, getrepik.com. This policy covers only this marketing site. The product — dashboards, customer wallet passes, and the barista scanner at repik.app — has its own privacy policy, covered by product terms you accept when you sign up.

What we collect

We keep this site light on data collection. When you browse getrepik.com, we collect:

Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region) via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Your IP address, in short-lived request logs used for security and debugging. Rotated within 30 days.
A language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and a region preference stored in your browser's localStorage (repik-region). Both are first-party and remain on your device.
If you email us, whatever you send. We store it in our inbox (Neo) so we can reply.

Why we collect it

We use this data for three things and nothing else:

Operate, secure, and debug getrepik.com.
Understand what content on the site is useful, so we can make it better.
Reply to emails and support requests you send us.

Who processes it

We don't sell data. We don't run ad networks. We use three infrastructure providers, each bound by their own privacy terms:

Vercel — hosting, analytics, speed insights. Processes request metadata.
Neo — email provider for contact@getrepik.com. Processes messages you send us.
Cloudflare — DNS provider for getrepik.com. Sees queries for the domain.

That's the full list. No ad platforms, no third-party cookies, no data brokers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, Mexico under LFPDPPP), you have the right to:

Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is aggregated at ingest and retained up to 24 months. Request logs are rotated within 30 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as the conversation is active, and up to 3 years after last contact for tax/record-keeping purposes.

Children

getrepik.com is aimed at business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the new version.
