No. The Repik pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the apps already on their phone. No download, no sign-up form, no password.
How do I stamp a customer?
Open scanner.repik.app on any phone or tablet (no app install — it's a PWA), point at the customer's pass QR, done. One stamp takes about a second.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes — no contracts. Paid pilots are billed manually today, so to cancel or ask for a refund on a recent charge, email contact@getrepik.com and we'll handle it within one business day.
Is Repik available in my country?
Today we serve Mexico (MXN pricing) and the United States (USD pricing). Other countries: email contact@getrepik.com and we'll tell you our honest timeline.
