They add their name and phone if they want and tap Continue. Then they save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come on their phone. No app to download.

What people ask us at the counter
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. They scan your QR with the camera and the card is saved to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which already come on the phone. Name and phone are optional.
How much does it cost?
30 days free. After that, $500 pesos a month if you decide to stay. No credit card to start and no contract. One plan, everything included.
What happens when the 30 days end?
Nothing is charged automatically. During your trial you can have up to 300 customers; on the plan, unlimited. If you want to stay, you turn on the plan in Billing. Once you subscribe, it's charged monthly to your credit or debit card until you cancel.
What if the internet goes down?
Your customer's card stays in their Wallet even without internet. To stamp, your phone does need a connection; your mobile data is enough.
Can my employees stamp?
Yes. You add them under «Team» and they scan from their phones.
What if my customer loses their card or changes phones?
The same page has «Lost your card?». If they left their number, they get it back with a message.
Do you issue invoices?
We don't issue CFDI invoices yet.
What if I have several locations or my business is in the US?
Online sign-up is for one business in Mexico. For several locations or a business in the United States, tell us about it and we'll send you a quote.
