Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The Repik pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — the apps already on their phone. No download, no sign-up form, no password.
How do I stamp a customer?
Open scanner.repik.app on any phone or tablet (it's a PWA, no install), point at the customer's pass QR, done. About one second per stamp.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes — no contracts. In Mexico, plans are billed to your card through Stripe and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. In the US, pilots are billed manually today — email contact@getrepik.com and we'll handle it within one business day.
Is Repik available in my country?
Today we serve Mexico (MXN pricing) and the United States (USD pricing). Other countries: email contact@getrepik.com.
