What barbershops ask
How many haircuts should I ask for?
You choose from 5 to 10 visits. Think about how often a regular comes in: if it's every 3 weeks, 6 haircuts is about 4 months. If you want to change the reward later, you edit it from your dashboard.
Can every barber stamp from their phone?
Yes. You add them under «Staff» and they scan from their phones.
What if my customer changes phones?
The same page has «Lost your card?». If they left their number, they get it back with a message.
Can I have one card for haircuts and another for beards?
Yes. You can have up to 2 stamp programs, for example one for haircuts and one for beard trims.
